Hi Folks,
it is the middle of a dark and dreary winter. My fun cars are packed away. Ice racing isn't until February (and maybe not at all if it doesn't get colder), and I've been obsessed with following Keith's adventures with his Cadillac.
This 1973 Olds has surfaced near me. Not as cool as a Cadillac, but it is a hardtop. Be cooler if it was from my year of birth (1971), but alas, the pickings are slim. Anyone care to enable me? Why not do this? The only foreseeable challenge is that my driveway may not be long enough . . .

Well, I'm obviously not going to try to dissuade you.
Seems like a lot for a 73, but if paying by the pound it's 90% less than an equal amount of velveeta so it may be a good deal
Be sure that the bumper filler panels are good. Some of the popular Cadillac stuff is available in reproduction but I'll bet Olds is harder to find if needed.
Sample of Cadillac...
I expected that this would be that Keith has inspired you to buy a Tesla 3. If not that then Miata V8.
I had not considered Cadillac and certainly not Oldsmobile.
Needs more cowbell! or rear steer.

I just want you to know that "if paying by the pound it's 90% less than an equal amount of velveeta so it may be a good deal" is a metric that's going to be in my head for quite a while.
That is a lot of Oldsmobile! Go for it!

I did the math. This story checks out.

Well, that is $5500 Canadian.

That's CDN -- so maybe around $3500 US.

Why not do this?
I was all in till I saw the seats, specifically the buttons on them. Killed it for me.
Other than that it's a beaut
Kidding aside, dad says you should go for it. As long as you share.
How much is velvetta in Canadian dollars?

Obviously! There's room for the entire family.
Also, I need you to sell a car so I can park it in your driveway.
I think it's longer than my driveway
