There is a group buy going on now for wavetrac lsd for the cars on the 190rev forum. They are not cheap, but there are not many options. The 16v cosworth cars are the only ones that came with lsd from the factory, but the clutches in the diff would liklely be tired this many years later.
Turbo the M103 6 cylinder engine. It can take as much boost as you can throw at it.
400e springs are the most inexpensive oem option. You can trim w124 front sway bars to work on the 190e.
