Wow! Great Race!
13 hours in and only 5 seconds between Peugeot and Audi.
With 3 Peugeots and 3 Audis (all diesel) in the first 7 spots! (Pescarolo in 6th)
Aston and Corvette back around 17th or 18th place

Hehe! I thought the title said Lemons-2008! I'm like, there's no classing in a 24hrs of Lemons race!
who else is going to attempt to stay up all night to watch?
gotta give the flying lizard boys credit for getting it back going and soldiering on after they got hit about 2 hours in.

yeah it's a good race...
I starting watching @ 10pm watched till midnight.. now I'm watching again..
Peugot? Hell no.
Sad about most of prosche guys.. getting soundly trounced.
Looks like Audi set up for Rain.. Peugot set up for Dry.. Soft vs hard.. The rain setup worked good. I watched Christensen hunting down the that peugot... one of my favorite times watching racing. PERIOD!
STILL Wow!
WIth almost 23 hours in, it's
Audi
Peugeot
Peugeot
Audi
Peugeot
Audi
Pescarolo
The gap from P1 to P2 is only about 2 minutes.
Aston Martin (13th overall) leading Corvette for LMGT1 by less than a lap, so a great race in that class too
[edit]
Also: Lola-MG is out-- Aston-Martin LMP1 is in 10th-- Saleen is running, but in 29th

The way he's sawing the wheel through the porsche curves and the fact that he went from less than 2 minutes to now a lap back... I dunno..
but anything can happen.
btw.. Mannassian(sp?) can drive
it obviously looks like not! minassian is slip sliding all over La Sarthe.
(BTW, his name is Kristensen.)

Yeah, apparently! Back to catching up on the last lap.
That spin could have been disastrous though

bet the team principles are not happy about his tire choice now.
UGH!
yeah, he goes from driving in the rain on slicks to driving in drying conditions on Full Wets...do they know how tires work?
Still listening to Radio LeMans...great stuff and excellent interviews. Audi gets top spot on the podium and Peugeot gets 2 out of 3 spots on the podium so good for them too!
Pescarolo gets first gas-powered car...a "win" of sorts.
Excellent race with Aston besting Corvette (and running historic "Gulf colours" too!).
Great showing for Ferrari and Porsche in their respective classes too.
Probably one of the best LeMans races ever.
Good racing, watched nearly all the coverage (via dvr) incredible the small gap between class leaders after 24 hours! Too bad the "world feed" only showed the LMP cars.
i stayed up for a better part of the night dozing off and on. Had work at 9 though that was rough (just the way your mother likes it Trebec).
I really liked what race they showed - though it was mostly LMP feed for most of the race. I was amazed when they dumped the 24 hour for NASCAR practice laps - but I understand where the money comes from drives the shows.
It was a good race in GT1 - it was nice to see something besides the C6R - there were event two privateer C6Rs in the race. I do wish the C6R would have won though...
