There's going to be an auction in Norwalk, Ohio in July of Ron Hackenberger's 700 car collection. It looks like there will be a plethora of affordable stuff, seeing that most of these cars all look like barn finds.

My wife wants to go because it's close. Little does she know that if we go, I'm probably buying a few
I'm planning on going. I probably won't buy anything but if a Citroen follows me home I won't be too mad...
This is about 10-15 minutes south of my house.
I heard an auction was coming up.
I don't know the local story but I think the whole thing is happening here.
I think the cars are in this old store. I not sure if the seller has a connection to the metal scrap business or not but it would make sense if he did.
I think the old man might live here, which is just across the road and south just walking distance:

Greyhound Style Bus in picture.
Earlier this week there was a maybe 1975 AMC Ambasitor wagon there at that house. Mint condition in what appeared to be factory bright yellow paint and excellent condition woodgrain.
There are outbuildings behind the house too.

I would love to go to this! So far away.
A ton of interesting oddballs.

Anybody know anything about the little "jet looking" car?
I'm thinking that + a Southeast Asia camo re-spray + what's in my basement = the coolest show/cruising car ever.

This one?
I'd be happy to host a meet day.
There are a lot of desireable cars in the collection but there are also many "less desirable" cars too. I might end up buying something odd. It is not like I need another '90 Infiniti Q45 but that is the kind of thing that might show up here and sell cheap.
This picture. Looks like 924S but who is looking for a Champ or the Omni behind it?
I wonder if that barely seen yellow roofline is a Gen1 MR2?
The X-1/9 looks as if the front tire could be flat from supporting the weight of the enormous front bumper.
In reply to John Welsh :
I remember reading about those, probably on here, years ago. Sadly I don't remember the name or really any other details, other than it was an odd story and the company didn't produce many cars. I believe you're correct they were built off a Chevette though.

That is easily rectified:
In a nutshell; collapse the bumper shocks, trim the end caps and drill a couple of holes to mount a single rail where you want it vertically. Sell/recycle the left over parts.
