Miata power steering flush, best way?

I need to change out the half ps fluid half atf from the roadside repair a couple months back, what's the "easy button" for that? 

Disconnect the 1/4 in line on the front of the rack?   

If you suck the fluid out of the reservoir, refill with fresh, start the car and turn the wheel back and for to circulate fluid and repeat a few times, you will get enough out.

I seem to remember that Miata power steering fluid is ATF though, Dexron II or something

Miata power steering fluid is the stuff they sell in bottles that say "power steering fluid" on them.

The last time I flushed mine I did it by cracking the hard line on the pump outlet and spraying it all over the exhaust manifold and turbo at Laguana Seca.  I don't recommend this method. :)
