Finally back from nationals. I unhooked the fuel line to the rail and I had a really good flow. Didn't test pressure, but everything looked OK there.

I tested both coils by grounding the plug to the manifold, and I have no spark.

What do I check next? Cam position sensor?

I should’ve started with codes. I have three of them. One single flash, then a three flash, and an eight flash. The last one is for the airflow meter.

Going to grab one and hang my head in shame.

New AFM is in and still not starting.

Prior, the diagnostic codes were 1, 3, and a 8.  I've cleared them, and now I only have a diagnostic code 1.

Next step is to pull the coils and clean the connections (once I get the damn coils out).

Anything else I should be checking?

For anyone following along, coil did the trick.

Ancient electrical component, sudden failure, sounds about right.

There's an old adage that 90 percent of fuel issues are spark.
