Morgan trike is making a comback... really?
I am slowly, in those rare times I have free time, designing my own Morgan trike replica. I am planning on using a Moto Guzzi engine.

I'm kinda surprised I have never seen a replica in the states... I have seen a few of the real mccoys at brit car shows though.
I have loved them ever since.
Morgan licensed a West Coast company to make copies/replicas. That company did so well, Morgan will be selling them direct before the end of the year.
I think they're using a Harley Twincam motor. That's a pretty good motor with lots of torque, and the bugs are worked out by now.
Is it me .... or does the body look like it was designed by the same guy that designed bumper cars!
Seems boxier than the original, and not in a good way.
It's certainly cute, but on the surface looks as dangerous as a Locost without the performance. And how do they get two seats and a driveshaft tunnel down that narrow of a cockpit?

Yep. A company called Ace. They start at $48,000.
Part of me wonders if the only reason Morgan is producing this is so they can use the good MPG to comply with (pending?) European average fuel economy regs.
