My vote is supercharged S2k
Less neo-classic than the others, but they're not depreciating and check all the boxes.

Agree that Miata is pretty cheap to get turboed up. Get a 1.8 NA or NB with a Torsen and you don't really need to do much other than swap the clutch and add turbo setup with megasquirt.
240SX with a turbo, I know at least one guy that could give you some tips on that.
What about an E36 M3 with a twin screw supercharger?

This interests me lol.

These people have some dyno graphs of what that would look like:

That is a nice torque curve.
That setup is insanely expensive lmao. I wish I had the skills to fab up my own stuff for things like supercharger builds.

I think this is the mostly likely route for me. Mostly because I know what I need to do and I know people who could help me.
My first thought for you would be a c5 zo6. I know not forced induction but it meets or exceeds all your other requirements and then if you want bonkers power you can add boost.

The XR4ti is pretty well supported. It’s just a Sierra (which tons of people race/track in Europe) with a generic 2.3 turbo Ford engine. Even with that boat anchor of an engine, it weighs 2900 lbs in stock form: within 50 lbs of a 4-door E30 325i.
Buddy of mine has one behind his shop. I bet you could land it for Challenge money.
