Which small block would you use? Fuel injection - which setup? I get the whole LSx thing but the first gen and vortec small blocks can make plenty of power, too.
Nice score!!
Always liked the Bonney's of that era. Dad was a Pontiac guy.
The Parisienne really appealed to me tho, fender skirts n all.
LS ftw.
Good luck w/ the build.

Most likely go buy my old 267 from my previous turbo build and reuse it with a larger turbo and my old blow thru converted edelbrock/carter AFB
Nice buy for 200 bucks it looks like you got a nice sharp bonneville for that price. Now if you want to make it a project you could make a Buford t justice Smokey and the bandit 3 bonneville complete with the fish lol.
Dug out my 311 roller motor that I bought 15~years ago at my dads house. I gotta make room and get it to my house so i can start getting it ready to swap into the Bonneville.
Grabbed my 14022601 heads to start working on them. They were off my old 305 that I had in my first Malibu that flirted with 13s with pretty mild cam. I plan to do some simple port and combustion chamber work just to make them effecient and just remove casting flaws. Then have a 3angle valve job, along with machining for better valve seals and surfaced.

please?
Nothing special. Stocker rebuild, 40 over. Bought it from a machine shop clearing out stuff. I hope its good lol

They can handle very well. My Malibu is set up for cornering/driving. I got a bunch of suspension goodies from Savitske on that car. Very disturbing how well it turns.
The Bonneville is going to be "drag" oriented build...with electric windows...AC...soft plush seats...etc LOL
new video today, picked up some wheels for the Bone...need ideas for paint

I was never too hot on the color matched Rallye wheels - I'd go with the traditional light/dark silver. I like them better without trim rings but either way is good.
In reply to stuart in mn :
the trim rings that came with mine are not perfect...ringless may be a viable option.
I am starting to lean to the traditional 2tone gray as well. Or maybe a very light gold in place of the dark gray
