Changed the driver side sway bar link on the Miata on Monday and it developed a clunk today. It is completely random and hasn't developed any sort of pattern.

The suspension is all stock. Could the sway bar be binding up? The link itself is tight. Do the bushings on the sway bar need to be greased? I have only had the car for a month or so. Still learning my way around the Miata, lol.

It started raining, so I didn't have a chance to get under there and take a good look at it.

Always go back to what you did. Make sure that end link really is tight and make sure the wheel's torqued. If it's an aftermarket bar with polyurethane bushings, they do need to be lubed.
