Am I getting this right????
Seller drove 30 miles in the VW and his wife followed him in her car, then they drove together in her car back the 30 miles home?
30 miles on VW and 60 miles on her car makes for a 90 mile traveled adventure; and for this effort you gave them $120 and kept the VW?
Well done!

GRRR!!!!! I am jealous. Very good/lucky find my friend. I will keep my eye for you in Sebring!
Pretty cool van, and a screamin deal. Good show!
That your sign shop in the background?
In Ohio, that is 100% rust free. And you stole it! That's an amazing deal. I've seen people trying to get over $1000 for non-running Eurovans here.
$120?!?!
Add me to the jealous list.
add me three.. love those vans. For $120, you could afford a VR6 swap

No kidding... If I tried to register that in PA, the tag guy would look at me funny if I told him $120...
I never knew these were sold with manuals in the US.
There are two guys who tow 911s to local PCA events with Eurovans. I asked what kind of engines they had swapped in. Both said, "They're stock". One had over 200k miles on it. I forget what the towing capacity is, but it's surprisingly high. You can also sell them overseas for a bunch of cash.
Tinted the back back with SunTek Infinity 10 it gives 67 % heat rejection Suntek is sending me a free roll of 30 % to make the front doors legal for florida and gonna slam a black vinyl banner on the windshield and maybe tint the front windshield with a 50 %
Needs a muffler , the floor is solid , this van has been used but .............

I applaud your deal. In Illinois it is odd (maybe illegal) to tint the front windshield. Nighttime driving would be tough for me.
Show us your tint (tints?)........
Chrystalean by mmm is the off the hook product virtually clear made from butterfly wing technology who knows how many they used . 70 % heat rejection reduction through the windshield . This is not new I think this will be the norm soon enough , with everyone knowing someone who has a case of skin cancer /melanoma . Federal law says no tint on the windshield I wonder if a doctors exemption could be had ? 70 % 0r even 50% tint will basically give the same results . If you ever get you front windshield done your Air Con turns in to a freezer

And can you pick me up a couple tacos? I'm hungry.
Keep it 5 cyl. More reliable. Better match to trans.

Oh, Obi Wan Follette, teach us the mystery of your ways. How does one negotiate a running vehicle down to $120?

Here in NJ.. they would get the Blue book out and charge you tax on the worth of the vehicle of you tried to tell them that you bought something like that for $120
