I saw Dennis and this very car at the Oregon Trail Rally last year - nice ride.

There are a few up here in Oregon that are titled and street driven. I went in for back surgery one day and parked in front of my orthopedic surgeons building was a PERFECT dark green cosworth. When my driver passed it I made them stop, back up and park so I could get out and snap a few pics on my cell phone and check it out a little closer since I had never seen one in person and did not honestly think I ever would!
