I am going to miss reading how amazing and wonderfully made the Stauer watches are/were. Seriously, I'm ready to buy one, I love reading the ads so much.
Can you call those guys and have them advertise? It would make the death of the other mags a bit more palatable. Shoot, I might even miss Winefred Cutler....
It's strange but no matter what magazine it was, I would stop and read that ad like it was an article.
I have one of their Dashtronic watches.
On that note, how will I ever know if the new WeatherTech building was completed?

It is done. I can take pictures tomorrow at lunch if you so desire. And if I remember.
I thought Weather Tech was in our mag? Maybe I just read so many I thought it was!

It might be, but I don’t think the grm folks let advertisers take out 10 pg sequential ads written and formatted to look like an article.

And I thank GRM for that.

That's a bathroom scale. Needs more jump hour.
Some of you may be familiar with Pat Ganahl - he's a long time automotive journalist who worked for Hot Rod, Rod and Custom, Street Rodder, Rodder's Journal and many other titles over the years. In my opinion he was one of the best in the business. These days he's retired, but has a blog page - his latest update addresses the magazine massacre at TEN Publishing, and is well worth reading. https://patganahl.com/2020/01/06/the-magazine-massacre/
