It was our 1st Gridlife and I have to say it was really cool. Well run and organized.
We supported 6 cars in the GLTC and they all had fun. Drifting was insane.
If you are a car person there was something for everyone.

How "kid: friendly are these events? I think there will be one at Mid Ohio next year and my middle, 11, son would love to see the drifting and such.
In reply to Aaron_King :
They Run 2 types of events.
Festivals and Track Battle weekends/events.
This year there were 3 festivals
Gingerman(midwest festival) in june, PPIR(Horizon festival) in July and Road Atlanta(South Festival) in August. These are the only events that have drifting and the concerts.
All their other events are track weekends focused on the Time Attack, GLTC and HPDE stuff.
In reply to Aaron_King :
I don't believe there's admission costs on the track battle weekends. But the festival weekends usually run $75+ for weekend admission and day tickets are not guaranteed because Midwest fest hits capacity every year and they stop selling admissions.
