Portland area members come inside

So ive landed a job in hillsboro, got an appartment in beaverton and there inlies my problem, they dont allow any car repairs other than battery or tire change and thats a big problem for me. One because my junk is old and needs repairs and two thats my "out" believe it or not i really enjoy working on my cars.

I'm looking for a "diy garage" type place around portland or better still a grm'er who would allow me to work on my junk and i can help work on yours as well? My only other option is maybe a storage unit i can put my junk in and work in when needed. Any ideas are welcome

I knew a guy over on airport way that runs a garage. After hours people could rent his bays. I can't remember his name nor his company. But he was heavy into mr2's. If I find it I'll post it. There are a lot of garages around Portland that have space. If you worked a deal to rent just parking lot space I bet someone would allow it. The downside being that your project would be in the projects and likely get rafted by Vietnamese hoodlums. (Speaking from experience, damn you garage 112!)
