...though technically, I never owned it. I did beat that bitch like she owed me money.
Probably my MK1 Jetta Coupe. Spray bombed in satin two-tone, cheapest coilovers money could buy, steelies, and Porsche seats.
PO riced my neon R/T. Fart can, led washer nozzles, illegaly dark window tint.
I kind of want to give my current black '09 civic a JPS black/gold treatment.
my Camaro's gotta be the "riciest" car i've ever had..
lawn edging air dam..
house hvac return registers for hood vents...
spray foam plugging holes in quarter panels..
and- this is the most important part- "RICE" badge on the taillight that i made from a "CAPRICE" badge..
The late, lamented E30. The body kit is still lamentable here, but the ultra-blingy 17" chrome wheels are gone... I think in this photo the rear window surround rubber is still painted white as when I got it. Ew.
I briefly had a super riced-out 3000GT with a VR4 swap, matte black with red/black interior, lowered, cheap 4-point harnesses, covered in dumb stickers by the PO. Never ran right. Thought I would fix it up and restore it to OEM condition. Realized it wasn't worth the trouble and sold it after a month or two.
Other than that, my Impreza is pretty ricey for a car that's stock other than wheels:
And, tofu delivery vehicles are pretty rice too, so this probably makes the list:
i dont even have pictures on the internet of it. so as far as you all are concerned it never happened.
it may or may not have been an 87 mercury sable with electrical tape racing stripes. and wal mart foglights.
Easy, this, but I bought it for parts:

My black 'rolla had funny colored lights and gangstariffic interior doodads when I bought it, but that was corrected within the first week of ownership.
No pics, but probably my old '78 F-150 with a 6" lift and 36" Super Swampers. I did some light off-roading with it when it had 31" tires and stock suspension... never saw dirt after it was lifted...
Honorable mention: our '07 MINI Cooper covertible: factory aero kit and dark blue driver's side stripes.
I owned a '91 Integra for a number of years, but it was 100% stock while I had it.
In reply to GameboyRMH:
Can I get that wing? I feel like the ranger needs that.
Zomby, that hatch wing is simply fantastic.
Probably my current Civic. Green wheels, majorly tinted then on the back a lime green sticker saying "Grumpy cat hates your stick family", a hellafunctional bumper sticker, a cone killer sticker on the rear driver's side window.

Only if you promise to mount it on the roof
Proud to say I've never owned anything that would considered "rice", and I've had a lot of cars. Closest I've come would be either the MK1 MR2 that had a fart can muffler when I bought it but was otherwise stock, or my '96 Integra GS-R. Those are big with the rice crowd, but I bought mine new and kept it 100% stock.
My 95 'Rolla...Fart can, warm air intake, ebay header, aftermarket wires, iridium plugs, aftermarket tach with shift light (in fairness, there was no factory tach and it was a 5 speed), pedal covers, amp-n-sub system, my "short shifter" consisted of a hacksaw and a universal shift knob.
I loved that damned car
Maybe either of these (both were mine). The SRT4 just couldn't help it. Sure, it was fast, but I just never liked it. That said, I had to do the computer mods, zip tie every vacuum line (with the same color zip ties), removed the wing and rolled the rear bumper, drop springs, loud exhaust, etc.
The front mount on the Accent was real (for a home made turbo setup I made). The inside had a bright red fixed back seat and a SunPro tach, as well as a few other gauges, and a rear seat delete to remove weight (never mind the sub and amp in the back). The exhaust came off the turbo, through a cat, and dumped at the back of the passenger door. The waste gate opened up to the atmosphere. Ksport coil overs and a Whiteline rear bar. Also, stickers.
My buddy bought it and this is what it does now:
I never had the money to properly rice out a car, all my mods had a mediocum of function to them. Actually I did buy 1 maxima that had tinted tail lights and front marker lights and I kept them that way.
Honestly, the car that I drove to work today is probably the most ricey that I've owned.
'94 Protegé DX - 221k miles
1.8 SOHC/5 Spd
Ground Controls coilovers on whatever E36 M3ty replacement dampers were on it when I bought it
Stock 14" '99 Miata wheels (+1, yo!)
Black hood because the old one was bent beyond repair by the PO
Front core support straightened by me with a chain because of the same issue as above
MX-3GS front LCAs, steering rack, seats
Protege LX rear seat
Some Plastidipped interior panels because they were so discolored from years of disgusting smoker owners
That's pre-blackhood and bumper replacement, but it had the superawesome cut down 626 front lip on it, dawg. Bonus orange IKEA moose above the rear view for ultimate excellence.
I'm a 27-year old male who owns his own house, 10 cars (one of which I bought new last year), and this is what I choose to drive most of the time.
Jesus, if half the stuff in here is "rice" I'm almost certain my challenge car is the posterchild for the stance movement(granted before the stance movement)
