I just found a big, nasty rust hole in the under door panel on my Daewoo. It's sort of hidden by the rust proofing rubberized stuff and I only found it by running my hand along the edge.
Do I need to cut out the entire panel and put in a patch or can I do something else?
daewoo? clean it up and glass it... or you could start your working on your sheetmetal shaping/welding skills

It's in a kind of hard to see place, so I could weld in new stuff without uglying things up too much I guess.
