I know there is lots of automotive knowledge here, much more than I have. I couldn't find anything helpful with the Googles.
Yesterday, my 2004 Mazda RX-8 started acting very oddly. It seems that whether I unlock the doors with the key or the fob, when I open the door, the horn starts blaring non-stop. Closing the door stops it, and the car starts and drives normally. Any thoughts?

1. I usually use a key with a fob and lock/unlock via the fob. The previous time I used the other set of keys which does not have a fob.
2. Also, the past few days have been very wet.
