Just got back from Watkins Glen where I wrapped up the E Production Eastern Conference Championship. All I needed was a finish on Sunday and my shifter broke on the 3rd lap. After coasting all the way from the Bus Stop to the Boot, I managed to use the broken stub to get 4th gear and finish the race in 4th. This is my 1st SCCA Championship after 40+ years of racing and at the ripe old age of 67 (68 next month). Now on to Pocono in August to try and wrap up the NEDIV SCCA Championship. Woo Hoo!
