I made my wife a wine (or hard booze) rack a few xmas's ago. bought 2 fence planks, cut a couple u-bolts in half, and got some pipe holders. Quick, simple, and pintrest-ish which the wife loved.

Not really a fabrication project, but I made some zines.
A set of concrete steps we did that I have on my phone. All one pour too, it came out pretty awesome

Based on Overnight Sensations? Nice!
Yes, that's what I used. The Parts Express kit made it easy, and they happened to be the right depth to fit in the suitcase, so I took advantage of a sale. With a little help on the bass from the sub I added in the middle, it sounds quite good, actually. For a suitcase.

Built it a while back and it is super, super simple but still used often - my shop towel holder
OH, I am so stealing that design. Nice. I have a pile of old con rods, and I'm always trying to figure out what to make with them.

Is that an Altoids tin?
The All-Purpose Shielded Product Box. My stereo racks are littered with them. I also make these breakout boxes that let you use regular earbuds and a cheap lavaliere mic with a Chatterbox, instead of their miserable boom mic/earpiece.
WTF?!?!? If you hadn't included the build shots, I would not have believed these were not actual helicopters. Amazing, simply amazing.

Thanks!
It's a great hobby, but darn near as expensive as playing on the track!
Not real recent, but I built a tandem axle trailer for my British cars, that I later used for my CRX race car.
I cut some wood jaw pads for my vice the other day. I'm impressed by what others have been building.
