Hey, look at that!

I thought this weeks episode especially the ending bit had some great shots and was a lot of fun. Rut could have killed the competition if only he went with the wagon. The B5 Passat Wagon TDI was the last one built in germany I think and had a 25 gallon fuel tank

I happened to stumble upon it last night. Seemed even worse than the last time I watched it.

This is so wrong on so many levels.

A lot of times, I'll watch some of it as I'm finishing up my night. Last night, after watching 15 minutes of it, I turned on HGTV for my wife and gave her the remote. Tractor driving and cattle? Really?

That was one of the times I really WISHED they followed the UK episode. Had they planted rapeseed in a big enough field so that they could get bio-diesel, so then they could run an endurance race together- THAT would be a good bit of shows.

Heck, even if they were to harvest wine (a lot of that was filmed in 2 Buck Chuck wine country)- and turn that into alcohol to run at a Chump or LeMons event- that would be totally cool.

But moving a cow? Or moving some stuff across town? eh. I read a book.

You stuck it out longer than I did.

Every time they do an original episode, it's good (Alaska 4x4 trip, first cars, used cars from auction). Every time they copy a UK episode, it sucks (last night).

My wife won't let me watch either Top Gear without her.

Watched it last night. Laughed. Haters gonna hate. LOL I think the US version is better than the UK version. Only my opinion, your mileage may vary, etc. etc.

I've watched every season. Not my favorite show, but better than 90% of what's on the rest of the channels.

I watched the one tank challenge last night and had a great time. Not sure why everyone hates the show so much. Fun stuff. The one witht he cult cars they sold at the car lot was fun too. I thought they were all cool cars, and as a former Merkur owner, I liked that one a lot. I think he welded the diff, though. Wish he hadn't done that. Looked like a pretty nice one.
