At that price point, I have to ask. What does the e36 m3 have as an advantage? Reliability? Ease of service? Parts cost? I'm sure the m3 is more raw feeling, and the ZHP has no LSD.

Its not gonna be much bigger than a Forester. Maybe a little.

Not much. The mechanical LSD is about all. The ZHP e46 is just about as simple and cheap to wrench on as the e36 m3. The changes to the ZHP make it just as involving IMO as the m3.
