I was checking out the remodeled Moroso aka PBIR speedway, which is oh so close to me, and found that they have, every week, test and tune nights... ofcourse the road course entry will require selling blood, but oh my... must finish challenge car ...

at $300 for the test and tune nights, i think it makes more sense to do a NASA HPDE track day which is the same price.
There is however $25 test and tune 1/4mile drag nights, which also looks decent.
How long does it take to get from Miami to Moroso? less than 2 hrs right?
Ack, its like 60 bucks to do the T&T evenings at Gingerman Raceway. Typically open track from 5pm til dark.

id say the advantage is you have five hours to dial in your car. from what i understand, its pretty much open access to the track for the entire time (rather than going out in groups) well worth the investment if you want to check different set ups. I may even invest the $100 on the drivers school first, since its been so long since ive tracked a car. the last car helmet i bought was a snell SA-95, yep, that long....
PBIR is just north of west palm, maybe 1.5 hours from Miami proper...
wonder how much Kidneys are going for these days, seems i have a spare... 
lemme know when you intend to do the driver school, i might invest in that as well, seeing as how the only road course experience i have is 2 HPDE days at Homestead.
