Had the "Kills Bugs Fast" poster with this car on it growing up curtesy of Porsche at the Detroit Auto Show.
Spotted on the corner of Montour Falls (just south of Watkins Glen, NY) two weeks ago at Frank's Automotive Specialists. 28,000 km, M535i, houndstooth cloth interior, automatic with most options (didn't see cruise, had A/C, power locks, sunroof, comfort seats). Still on 14" bottle caps. Left hand drive but likely came from Japan.
and the facelift 01 740i sport wasn't bad either.
Damn I wish my E38 (also an 01 740i sport) were in a good color like that one and not the world's most bland silver...

Big fan, I currently have an 1986 that I'm in the process of making impractically low. Then hopefully I can find a manual 2JZ drivetrain...

I'll stop tomorrow and see what the story is. It's on some SSR (or knockoffs) which is cool but no one ever seems to be home. Also a Maxx SS at the same house
