Obsolete? They are all still used today.

Saw a mid-90s vintage JDM RHD Civic wagon that said AWD on the side this morning on M52 in Chelsea, MI. I didn't even know such a thing existed.
Edit: Apparently it was called an Orthia. Looked very much like this one

When active aero is so prevalent that even Dodge pickups have it, it isn't special anymore
I would not call the modern rear suspension jiggerypokery "four wheel steering", because they control the left and right sides independently. It is more like active toe control. And no need for a fluid pump on the top of the rear diff and 40 feet of fluid lines running back and forth, since it is done with electric motors in the toe links.

Apologies, I meant more the '1990's dodge/Mitsu versions of these technologies' is obsolete, not the current, much much more refined and better versions found in Modern performance cars.

My buddy's r32 skyline had an active chin spoiler. IIRC the Corrodo had an active rear spoiler.
Saw my first GR Corolla in the wild this morning. Looks much more stealth in reality than the pics. I was behind it for a while before I noticed the three tailpipes and badging. Even in white, which helps highlight all the black plastic and badges, it's far more stealth than a Civic R and especially an RS Focus.

I saw one at a C&C in Ann Arbor a week or two ago. I would have walked right by it without noticing had my son not pointed it out. It's pretty "Corolla" looking.
Double post. Outlaw Alfa 101 series GTV and a BMW 850i on a new used car lot in Plumsteadville PA, Rt 611
Prettier view of the Alfa. Cast alloy replica wheels, filled bumper holes. I didn't look under, only because I can't kneel currently, although fright might be applicable...Body seems not filled!

I would not think of an RS as not stealth, personally. They look like STs to me until you see the calipers.
When is the last time you saw a Vega, let alone a Kammback? It looked to be in decent shape, and was going about 65 mph on the highway.
I just noticed the Arizona plate, that explains why it hasn't rusted away.
In reply to RacerBoy75 :
There's a 3 door vega like that, albeit in red, for sale on my little island home

There's a pretty cool one on BAT right now... 350 V8 swap... ends in about 5 hours.
No picture but I saw a guy commuting in a Cadillac Allante this morning. It has been ages since I have seen one of those on the road.

I always thought they were pretty. I'm sure a pain to own but they looked good.

Want so badly.
Coolest car I've ever seen out in the wild was an all original DMC Delorean in a local parking lot. It was hilariously out of place amongst all the newer cars. Will dig out and post the picture I have with it, think that was about 6 years ago.
It was as close as you could get to a new one now. It wasn't fun to drive stock. I took the pictures at AMP skid pad, Atlanta.
It's Road Atlanta infield so it's not "in the wild" but rhd TVRs and Oldsmobile racecars aren't common even at motorsports events.
Saw this a couple weeks ago. The driver was a woman in her 60's picking up a couple of gallons of paint from a local Sherwin Williams.
And a few weeks later in the same parking lot. Not sure on the year of the 911 but it was super clean. The blue car behind it was a Cayman 718 GTS 4.0. I'm not sure where the drivers were, but if I'd had more time to track them down I would have tried the craft brewery first.
