I honestly like the chevy better. Here is another one I had in yesterday that does absolutely nothing for me. Is it weird that the whole super car thing is uninteresting to me? I dont know if its because i work on then so im constantly around them but they are kinda lame minus the 911 GT3 we have.... that's a awesome car.
A few pages late, but I'll post that you're not alone. I appreciate the engineering, but have grown tired of the media gushing about how great *whatever* $250,000+ vehicle is. Makes me want to scream "it freaking should be at that price!"
Reminds me of a song I recently heard with the line
"If you're rich, you look good. That's not news."
A VW ID Buzz passed me going the other way this morning... is that possible? It was too quick to grab a picture. North Los Angeles
Maybe I need more coffee.
looked just like this.
Seen in Bainbridge Georgia this evening. Michigan plates. Owner says he drove it down and is just wandering the country.
This seems unicorny... not sure how the heck it wound up there, but saw a modern renault alpine driving in mt pleasant, sc today.

I saw this driving banana in FL as well. License plate says "split", clever.

Clearly that is what Beethoven would drive if he were still around!

That's the new Alpine A110, Alpine started as its own manufacturer and was bought by Renault.
In reply to GameboyRMH :
Yeah, I was vaguely aware of the car, just didn't think there would be any in the US.
Also, didn't know they only weigh about 2400lbs! Google turned up a sighting of 3 of them in Findlay OH on March 18th. The one I saw very well could have been the gray one in this picture. Great looking car. Kind of resembles some of the recent Merc small coupes.

Bingo. Look at the Michigan tags. I love the car, but can't imagine Regie Renault marketing it stateside. Their previous attempts have failed on much more conventional products of universal appeal..
In reply to TurnerX19 :
I'd say they have a much better chance now, selling high-end cars in a market with way more demand for high-end vehicles.
I saw a car and driver blurb that said they have announced plans to return to the US market in 2026 or 27, but with all EV's including a new coupe.
In reply to sevenracer :
I giggled over that last year when there was an announcement that Alpine was coming to the US with an honest to God hot hatch EV.
For scale, it's about the size of an 80s VW Golf.
Looks like it will be about $50k.
I don't care HOW it is motivated, I am happy for a new small hatchback. Will I be able to afford a $50k car in two or three years? Let's find out.
