I saw my first Dakota Sport 'vert last night who was vacationing here. What a cool car to take on vacation!
I see mine every day but haven't worked on it in 5 months. I suck. It's cool to see one though, it kinda blows your mind.
In the shop yesterday were four unicorns. They were all employee cars
Chevy SS
Evo IX
S60R
And... a Lancer sportback. Not a Ralliart, a base Lancer.
I thought all Sportbacks were Ralliarts!
No picture, sadly, as it bopped through the intersection before I could capture it, but I saw a very decent Daihatsu Rocky Friday afternoon.
It feels wrong to assign unicorn status to a Rocky, of all things, but numbers don't lie. And there it was, in all its chonky, period straight-line goodness, scooting around like it was having the time of its little unicorn life.
How bizarre, how bizarre.
Spotted in Crescent City, southbound on Hwy. 101. 1954 Chevy Bel Air convertible. Black with white top. Very, very straight. Bad picture - grandson trying to use my phone...

That's my favorite generation of GM trucks. Added incentive to get my '71 GMC back on the road.

From what I can tell, nope. But they are a bit faster than normal ones so that's something. If I were going to own a smart, it would be a busa swapped one

What are those things on the rockers? Otherwise, that's a nice Olds longroof.
An Elan parked a couple of blocks from my house. Hard to see in the picture, but it looks like it was painted with a broom.

I think it's the GR Yaris that's rare? I see GR Corollas every now and then, a mechanic at the shop where my Toyobaru is has one.
Cars and Coffee East ATL so it's cheating but love the comparison. Eat your vegetables to grow big and strong little one.
