My neighbor has a 3000GT VR-4 convertible in his driveway. It hasn't moved in at least 3 years and he refuses to sell it.

Saw my first Bugatti Veyron several weeks ago. He was headed south on 95 just north of philly.
I also still manage to see different Syclones 1-2x a year (always impressed to see them still out driving).
Several months ago while I was commuting to Delaware for a contract I would see a very nice white 928 daily driven (every morning heading Northbound, often times stuck in traffic)

Hell, Subaru XT's were unicorns when they were new.

Googled. Didn't even know that existed.
The Syclone sighting reminded me, I knew a guy a few years back who owned a Syclone AND a Typhoon! Both upgraded quite a bit and both rolled on massive C4 'Vette rolling stock.

I know that Prowler, see it fairly regularly, same guy used to have an Excalibur but not sure if he still does.

I've actually seen the Weinermobile three times in the last year...twice it was parked in a lot, and one time I passed it on the highway.
The other day I saw a Jimmy Johns sandwich delivery guy driving a mint Subaru SVX with some snazzy wheels on it. I hardly ever see them around Minneapolis, particularly in the winter.
Last week I saw a early 80's chevette coupe with the original shock towers not rusted through. That's pretty much something that you'll never see again.
Not really as rare as some things here but Mrs. DX and I went out to eat about a month ago to Chili's and there was a Delorean parked in front of the place with the ownder throwing open the door to get out. More of just cool looking.

No E36 M3? Man... I haven't seen one of those in over 20 years! Saw a diesel Escort not long ago still running.

Good for you!! Around here there would have been ten pictures from various positions. Unless the fool wrecked his ride while taking them first!
Driving home last night I passed a Volvo 1800ES on I-95. Poor fellow looked like he was having trouble seeing as he wasn't going the speed limit (something I know for a fact these cars have no trouble doing) and drifting out of his lane. While seeing one of these under any circumstances is normally a treat, the weather conditions made this sighting especially interesting as it was cold, windy with flurries.
I saw a bunch in the Bay area this summer but yesterday I spotted a Tesla in Lexington. They are pretty cars IMHO.
In reply to KyAllroad: Tesla S model is definitely not a unicorn in my area. I routinely see 2 or three a day. I even see the roadsters at least once a month in The summer.
