How do i adjust the clutch pedal engagement point and travel on my 90 MX6 GT?
The pedal throw is about 3 football fields, and the engagement point is about where my ear is.
It drives me INSANE. My Celica does the same thing. My last celica DIDN'T.
I like a short pedal, engagement point near the floor. Like... the Miata. Or the Escort. Or my old Celica.
Since it is a hydraulic setup, no real adjustments available. Have you bled it to make sure no air is in the line? You could have either the clutch master or slave cylinder (or both) going out. Mine used to grab about halfway up, it was an 89 Probe GT.

Recently bled, new clutch and slave cylinders.
The reason why i think this is adjustable is that the two celicas (Identical cars) had such difference engagements.
I think adjustments are possible, but i can't seem to find any cut and dry method to do so.
Have you stuck your head down in the footwell? There should be some degree of adjustment in the push-rod for the clutch master. (says the guy who has never even been in an MX6)

Sorry the scan isn't better, but you can figure out what it says near the spine, I think.
^That's the exact adjustment method as an Escort. Or a Miata.
