Turbo Choking???

an Rotary Head just confirmed the compressor housing is a Hitachi HT-18 (Turbo II RX-7). Center is a Dual Ball Bearing GT2871R. Wonder if I find a larger Exhaust housing???

..... how is a weird hitachi twin scroll housing working on a single entry IHI f2t manifold?

this is my housing.... thet sanded off everything but the Hitachi logo...
