Could be swapped axle or just extreme offset wheels. The Healey bolt pattern is common to many GM cars. Wire wheel cars you unbolt the spline and bolt a Buick wheel in its place. Only Buick clears the brake drum. If a disc wheel originally many other GMs with the same bolt pattern will fit.
