No, but I remember a thread on honda-tech where someone painted a car with one of these:
IIRC it turned out rather acceptably for a racecar. I'm sure other have tried it as well. I have one of these sprayers in the garage and I have been tempted to try it out on a spare fender I have just for giggles.
The green Jetta 3/4 of the way down this page was done with thinned rustoleum and a wagner HVLP gun. I'm sold.
