Hi All, haven't been around much, working too much and haven't felt well. Anyway, starting to feel a little better hence this thread. I have a storage biz in rural Georgia, about 20 miles from Athens headed towards Greenville, SC. A local guy usually wins the contents of auctioned units and rents some of my space. He buys and sells auctioned stuff full time. I go out to his place pretty frequently and climb through his tons of stuff. It's fun, killer deals, and most of it is new. So here are a few pics plus I have some trailer questions.

All new. 2 pairs gloves, Ryobi circular saw, outdoor thermometer, first aid stuff; $25.00

Jeep wheels,new.

Honda and Ford run, Sprint does not.

Lots of old rusty stuff

Paddle boat, worked when parked

'63 Rambler

Sedan De Ville

EZ-GO, Deere mower

Stuff

Gates, troughs. Go cart dirt race track across street.

Trailer axles, new and used

I bought this tilt bed trailer, 5x8. Wheels have a 3"x5 bolt pattern (Chevy?). Looking for smaller wheels, 15". Suggestions? All the trailer wheels seem to be smaller. What kind of weight do you think the axles can handle? I'm hopefully getting a Lincoln 220 portable welder and want to alter it a bit.devil

Dirt bike trailer. What do you think this is rated at? Almost new. Was thinking of making it into a yard trailer.

There are a few buildings, lots of new electrical parts, trailer parts, etc. Fun, fun, fun!

Ask him what he wants for the saw blade.

Hat EZ-GO is worth some money to the right person. Trojan batteries are about 1200 but they sell for more than that

I'm curious about these old trailers.  I've owned 2 (that I can remember) boat trailers that had this coil spring, panhard, trailing arm setup...and they have (or can have) shock absorbers.

I've just assumed they were either a kit or a "system" that somebody came up with to allow parts to ship easier or something.  Nothing much to add...But the ones that I've ownered were pretty old.  That setup has been around for longer than I have, I'm sure.

That giant saw blade is what Toyman probably wants. I was eyeballing it, too. There are probably hundreds of knife blades to be had out of that.

Funny, that was the first thing I saw too. I was thinking about painting some folksy mural on it and reselling it, lol.

The blade is one of those things I've been keeping an eye out for for years. I was thinking saw mill.

Powered by this.

I could use the golf cart if anyone Challenge bound decides to go look at stuff and it’s way cheap and doesn’t mind doing me a huge favor

He wants $75. He said the blades are out of true but it could be re-balanced. If you want I could check it out with a straight edge. Going back Sunday to get the trailer and a ton of used lumber, which should be enough to frame out my garage/shop.

I doubt the batteries are any good but it was an expensive cart. The seat foam and vinyl is shot.

This trailer looks pretty new, no rust.
