That's a great turn out, and reminds me of the C&C that used to be at the Ford Design Center in Irvine CA. Anyway, my attention was distracted by the kid at upper-left. When I see a young person wearing ripped up jeans - knowing full well it's all about fashion - I always want to yell out to them something like, "Oh you poor thing, maybe we can scrape together enough money to buy you some real pants."

Once I moved a car battery when I was 15 YO and rested it near my pelvic area as I carried it. Later that day my worn jeans started disintegrating like that kids.
Maybe that's what happened?

I'm sure you're right. People can criticize his clothing but he's actually a battery moving specialist out there hustling that money. I applaud him.

What I see is a kid that's the next generation of car enthusiast and has better style than my khaki cargo shorts.

A shop in town called Quick Everett's Garage sponsors the local events. Should be able to find the next one by stalking their Facebook page.

I know I'm assuming gender and all, not that there's anything wrong with that, but that's a female. If she's anything like the waitresses at my buddy's restaurant, she paid $200 for those jeans, just the way they are.
