My 2000 986S has some leaks I can't pinpoint.

One is on the drivers side, front, top of the motor.  It then leaks down the front of the head.  There is a crank vent fitting there that I previously replaced, so probably not that, but certainly in that (hard to reach) area.  Here are some pictures, the paper towel is where it was pooling.

The other leak is coming from the front. It is running mostly down the outside of the under trays, blowing toward the back.  The strange thing is that there is nothing oily up front to be leaving this oily residue and it seems to be only on the bottom of the tray facing down, not the top where I would expect it to collect.   There's no obviously oily residue in the rain tray to leak down.  Here's the undertray to show the leak points.

These are really frustrating, anyone have any ideas? AAZCD or others?

The coolant leak may be challenging to find. I've got nothing for you on that.

As far as the leak from the front, it could be the power steering system. I'm guessing it's a hose/fitting that is the cause.

Good luck!
