Back in the day it was Uego, LC-1 or LC-2, with coyote powered mustangs using widebands from the factory, I wasn't sure if there was an OE replacement that people adapted, or if there was a new preferred to go.

Other than what you listed the only other thing I've seen people using are Ballenger. I still have a Uego in my Mustang and use a LC-2 with HP Tuners.
I use an AEM Uego kit like this one with good results.
AEM Uego Gauge (30-4110NS) and Bosch Wideband Sensor (17025) Kit
Admittedly, I don’t ask much of it since I run a carburetor and just use it for jetting/tuning, and the rest of the time it’s only there to warn me if I am running lean for some reason.
14point7 Spartan series are my favorite "cheap" ones, but the LC2/MTXL seem to be a lot better than the LC1 for sure. PLX and Zeitronix were my go-to for mid range, but usually just jump to an AFX/AFR500v2 with NGK sensor from the cheap ones.
The DSM has a PLX controller in it. I don't really know anything about it, or if they're still available, but it seems to work.

Make sure you calibrate it by reading plugs often.
