Back in the day it was Uego, LC-1 or LC-2, with coyote powered mustangs using widebands from the factory, I wasn't sure if there was an OE replacement that people adapted, or if there was a new preferred to go.

I'm interested in this, since my LC1 seems to be dead.

Other than what you listed the only other thing I've seen people using are Ballenger.  I still have a Uego in my Mustang and use a LC-2 with HP Tuners.

I use an AEM Uego kit like this one with good results.

AEM Uego Gauge (30-4110NS) and Bosch Wideband Sensor (17025) Kit

Admittedly, I don’t ask much of it since I run a carburetor and just use it for jetting/tuning, and the rest of the time it’s only there to warn me if I am running lean for some reason.

14point7 Spartan series are my favorite "cheap" ones, but the LC2/MTXL seem to be a lot better than the LC1 for sure. PLX and Zeitronix were my go-to for mid range, but usually just jump to an AFX/AFR500v2 with NGK sensor from the cheap ones.

I'm running an MTXL in my MSM.  After 8 years and 80k miles, it's still working.

The DSM has a PLX controller in it. I don't really know anything about it, or if they're still available, but it seems to work.

I found an open source controller for $45 that I'll take a gamble on, for challenge reasons.

Make sure you calibrate it by reading plugs often.

That one should be mostly fine, but discontinued, not sure how support is.

You'll need to log in to post.
