Sorry if I've asked this before!

Someone I know owns a Nissan Altima 3.5 SR (2011?) and says the shocks are worn out. He really would prefer a sportier ride, without going to the trouble of changing springs. What performance-oriented dampers are available for the car, and who sells them?

Don't know if they make a specific one for that car but my go to is always Koni.

I haven't found anything for it by Koni. Best bet seems to be OEM replacements by KYB, or "Performance upgrade" by Sachs. Both via the Rockauto website. None of the Nissan aftermarket performance sites I've checked list anything for the Altima, which is perhaps a tad surprising, since the 3.5 has a pretty good kick, and the SR has the "sport-tuned" suspension.

Call Koni. Speak with Lee. If there is a Koni product that will work he can help you with it.
