What tools do you regret not spending more money on?

A good jack, I can't count the number of cheap part store and Walmart special jacks I killed over the years.

 

i actually wish I spent less on hand tools over the years because I've had terrible luck with my snap on stuff and just let it sit so I don't have to chase down the tool truck!

Not a car tool, but definitely necessary is a good single piece grill spatula. The rivets in the cheap ones get soft with the heat and the blade can fall off.
