I can't quote actual pin sizes, but if you take a tiny screwdriver and slide it into the plastic connector on the wire side you should be able to unclip the crimp connector, slide it out and measure it.

I'm pretty sure that's a Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connector

I'd check that the keying is correct, but it looks exactly like a 24-pin ATX computer motherboard power connector.

another good source for wiring pins are large truck shops like Freightliner or Kenworth. In my line of work i deal with custom harnesses that need to adapt to factory harnesses and big trucks use basically every kind of harness pin in the book. I have had decent luck with just taking a pin in that i need to match/find a mate to.
