Ducati Monster
Goldwing
"Indian" type cruiser
'Buse or similar
'Guzzi Lemans - got it.
'Guzzi V11 Sport - need it.
Pierce-Arrow inline four - probably never have it.
I'd like a Harley someday. Probably a full dresser Road King or whatever they're called.
Absolutely want to ride a Busa, but I don't know if I could live with it.
I probably never will, but I'd love a Suzuki RE5.
One of those Can Am Spyders looks like it'd be neat to ride.
Either a V-Max or a Magna.

This shiny happy people muzzy raptor. Mostly because the damn thing would kill me.
Have it already:
Suzuki Goose 350 NK42A
Not yet:
Honda CBR400RR NC29
Gilera Saturno Bialbero 500
Bimota YB7/YB4
Aprilia SXV550
Ducati Supermono
A guy's gotta dream, right?
490 Maico. Lusted after one when I was a kid and could only afford used japanese motocrossers.
Guzzi Eldorado. All the Harley street cred without having to own the same thing as every berkeleying dentist in north america
Hendee Indian Scout or Chief.
As Ducati, at least once.
A Moto Guzzi, just because they exist.
And a Vespa.
Yes, seriously. Not this specific make/model, but to show up for a ride on something pre-1920 would be amazing. I want to ride a loud, slow piece of machinery with a total-loss oil system and no electrics for some odd reason. As Jay Leno says, I don't want people to say "nice bike" I want them to say "you RODE that here?"
They opened a new Eagle Rider in my 'hood and this is in the window. I am so tempted to rent it and head West until I hit the ocean.
Had a nice CX500 and a complete parts bike and I planned to make a cafe racer. Never did, sold them both, regret it, still want to make one.

Any interest in a 500cc 2 stroke GP bike clone?
Ducati Monster
BMW airhead, preferably a GS
More Moto Guzzis (I miss my V11)
2-stroke street tracker
Ducati 916
Triumph Bonneville
Triumph Daytona 675
Triumph Speed Triple
Honda RC166 (if I was made of money)
Every motorcycle ever made... Its just about as long as my bike bucket list. Key ones are: 1) tank shifter's foot clutch and hand shifted. I've ridden two in the past (around the pits at the races) got to own one someday and ride at speed. 2) GPZ750 in red lusted after them as a kid uncrating them and helping prep'em. 3) Harley XR750 flat tracker (again rode one once around the pits got to try it at speed 120mph and sideways Yah buddy) 4)the list goes on.
1940's Harley Davidson (WL?)
Trellis tube frame Ducati
A home built bike (if this used a the ducati trellis frame it would knock off the above)
Harley Road King - for my retirement years
Currently have my #1 bucket list bike - Buell xB-9R Firebolt
considering adding to the bucket list the my sportster (currently forsale) which is sitting in a relatives garage (maybe if I changed it entirely cosmetically it could be a fun cruiser/bar hopper)
I'm with Pinchvalve on the ~1920s bike of some sort. Something ridiculous to ride, regardless of manufacture.
I already own one of my dreams: 2006 KTM 950 Adventure
A scrambler based off of the new Indian Scout
Suzuki RG500 Gamma 2 stroke superbike.
A few various for me...
Vincent Black Shadow
Norton Manx (what I alway think about when I think of a racing bike even though they might not be great these days).
Yamaha RZV500R
Yamaha SZR 660
70's CR250 Elsinore (they don't all have to be out of reach..
Either a Yamaha XS650 or XT500 based street tracker
Hodaka combat wombat (or some of the other celverly named Hodaka's from my youth that I couldn't have then) The list could go on and on...
