my lil buddy was born at the brigham in boston then transferred to childrens to have open heart surgery. Him and my wife, the 2 greatest things to ever happen to me... not bad for a kid who wasnt supposed to b alive today.

Happy Birthday to him! Must be something about August 2nd birthdays. Thirteen years ago today my little girl was born. Couple hours later she's being flown off to another hospital for an emergency heart procedure. Three open hearts and countless catheter procedures later she's the sweetest thing ever.
