I'm not as good at post whoring as I used to be.

Why is Ultima Dork a lower threshold than Mega Dork? I would have thought Ultimate was the Ultimate? I say the Dork system is wrong!

'Only' 2360 post to go before I graduate from Ultima to Mega. hhmm, on one hand that doesn't sound many, on the other it's almost 1/3 more than I currently have. I haven't post whored in a long time, maybe I need to hit the hotlink thread hard for the most mega whoring session ever seen by man or dork.

That seems unlikely:

In reply to singleslammer:

Those guys may actually be dorks, but I looked at a few threads and didn't see them claiming to be a bigger dork than the other posters. Maybe they have reached transcendent dork status and don't have to even acknowledge their own dorkdom?

I have nothing to add here. Just commenting on your exalted dorkyness for the purposes of boosting my own post count.

If I make a little less than 30 silly posts on this dorkiness thread, then I will achieve the next level of dorkiness.

I would still be a long way from 10k though.

Rank is based strictly on post count. If the quality of the posted material was considered, I would be all alone in first place!

So, where are the "break points" and hierarchies listed for transitioning up the Dork Ladder?

My friends and I have lazy contests. It was once a 3 way tie for first on.the time we all agreed to order pizza and then did so without actually getting up and speaking to each other from different rooms of the house (done via MSN messenger) when my brother used to call the house phone from his.cell to get my sister.to bring.him stuff (she was the only one that still used it) and the famous missing pbj. I pretty much win forever now, because i quit smoking because I was too lazy to go to the store.

I'm guessing jokes don't translate well on a forum. If I'm wrong I'll spill all in a little over 2,500 posts time. If you can wait another couple of years that is.
