I know a lot of people on this board don't want to travel much past the county line for a car, but I think this will be my 6th fly and drive? well, one was a train, but that counts.
I was able to get a ticket for next saturday for $73.09 all in. I'll arrive early enough to check the car out, pay the man and drive 12 hours home and get home that night! Amazing.
What are we getting? If I ever get caught back up I want to go out west for a clean truck and drive it back.

Yup. That's the one Evan and MTN. Look for it at the 2017 challenge. It was part of the sale agreement. I can't believe nobody here jumped on it. I himmed and hawed for 2 weeks trying to talk myself out of it.

It's about 12 hours from here. I'm questioning my sanity. My wife, on the other hand, is positive I have none.

My '95 Volvo 850 wagon was completely assembled with torx fasteners. You couldn't even change a spark plug w/O removing the decorative cover which required a torx bit.
I suspect similar on this vintage.
Bring some torx bits.

That's not true. No one has many torx bits. They are either a, broken, or b, lost, because you threw them across the shop when they destroyed the screw you were attempting to loosen, but refused to budge.

DrBoost - I'm about 5 miles south of Pat and have .000001% of his skill set, but let me know if you need a break for food when you pass by - there are about 400 restaurants within 2 miles of I-80/I-71.
