I want to play a light hearted joke on one of the adjacent teens, and I need four stickers to do it. I'm looking for the outlines of these vehicles in the style of air kills they used to put on fighter planes. I'll pay for them.

Why not just cut them out of shelf paper?
I do not have a vinyl cutter but I recently purchased some custom "bumper" stickers (to put on my hard hat) from www.makestickers.com and with shipping they were remarkably reasonable. And fast. Waterproof and seemingly good quality.
