I am getting a buzzing sound from my home electric panel.
Should I be concerned?
How to fix?

Yes, you should be concerned. Sounds like one of the breakers is not making full contact and you have an arc jumping the gap.

To troubleshoot: Turn off each breaker, one at a time. When you turn off the faulty breaker the buzzing should stop.

Yep - as Hal said you can easily troubleshoot and replace the offending breaker.

Lick your fingers first

NOTICE: Under NO circumstances should you lick your fingers before messing with your breaker panel.

.....if you do, can you video it?

what brand panel is that? i have breakers sitting around for pretty much any brand of box, but it's not worth it as you have menards right up the street, we were there wednesday.

edit: just saw the partial GE label. i think i have a stack of new old stock breakers for that box that you can have next time i see you. i'll check my stuff.

See the three screws on the right? Go around and tighten every screw within 5 feet.
