Sorry, but I would WAY rather have the "ugly" seats than your "best looking" ones. My idea of a good seat doesn't belong in a WW2 Jeep.
Some of my favourite seats are found in the Citroen CX. These could only have come in a French car. Comfy too!

Who cares how the seats look, as long as they are comfortable and hold you in place during spirited driving.
If they don't do those things, they should offer a heck of a view, instead.
