That was our first road trip, from Long Island down Skyline Drive through various tourist attractions
This was the first racecar I remember. A bomber that ran at Freeport speedway and lived in our driveway, about 1981. The car was driven by my Dad's friend Fred. We used to go to the races every saturday towing it with a chain behind his pickup.
