I am thinking thats a Ford Telstar. I know that is the name they gave the 4 door Escort dirivatives for the Japanese market in the early 90's.

Yep, it's a Telstar TX3, this one is in Auckland i think. It's wearing a Mazda Familia GTR front bumper.

Yep....

Stock.

Pre-facelift TX3 on right. (Can be mostly duplicated with a Tracer fascia swap, minus the TX3 bumper which is IMPOSSIBLE to find.)

Post-facelift TX3 with a Familia 3-hole "Interplay" bumper.

Extremely cool. I still want to build something like that one of these days. I've got a pile of old 1/24 kits (static, not slot) on my 'Shelf of Doom', maybe I could make a diorama of one of my favorite corner stations or something.
