CWH, the "Isabel" is Sen. John Kerry's (D-Ma) new yacht. His wife's name is Teresa.
The boat is moored in Rhode Island, not Massachusetts. BTW, the RI taxes assessed on yachters are MUCH lower than those in MA. Ironically, Kerry is a politician with a history of demanding the rich pay their "fair share" of taxes. And, his wife (maiden name Heinz) isn't exactly struggling with money issues.
The "good" Senator now says he will pay the appropriate Massachusetts' tax burden, but he was "outed" before he made that choice. Imagine the furor if someone from the "other party" was exposed for doing the same thing.
