This was going to be for my wife, not me for our 10th anniversary. She will autocross the car and drive the living tar out of it so I am not completely against a repaired car as she will beat on it. Just not one that is priced at full value. I know the shop that did the repair now and they are the best of the best so not the end of the world. Going to try and be sneaky and get it cheap if I can. IT is a one of seven in total in that color combo and year though.
I have been on a hot streak with finding good cars for clients lately, 4 really big dollar cars with good pricing in the last months. The one's that I have been looking at for myself is a dud of course, three in the last two months with undisclosed damage and the dealerships not caring or deliberately hiding the damage.
In this case I am gong to send them a certified letter with a picture from the repair shop with the car blown apart and post it online. That way they cannot say that they were not informed of the damage when the sell the car or if they do someone will not get completely hosed as it will pop up in a search of the vin.
Also hotlink

I'll have to send a PM the next time I'm headed down there.

A multiple page thread that has been going on for a few days on sites way bigger then this generate about 150 views of that thread. Of which many are repeated, so the image is viewed off the persons cache with out downloading it again. So say an 125 as being a VERY ambitious number for the times that image is downloaded by viewers of the thread... After all threads seem to be the same handful of people going back and forth with another small pile of loos. I would guess it to be more realistically 50 or so unique connections. Still, assuming that it IS 125 different people that is a total of 37.5 mb of bandwidth. What host of multimedia content honestly finds 37.5mbs of bandwidth over multiple days to be excessive? Especially when it advertises their site, and drives their URL up the list of search results?
WOW and I thought I had been subscribing to a car magazine since the first issue. Appreciating the Team Talk Mastercraft forum more than ever.....nice and simple
This makes 2 years in a row that this came in handy. Got a great deal on a 50' 10 Ga. extension cord for the new welder.
